5 Best Ways to Use Leftover Halloween Candy
There is one thing most parents will have in common next week…..LEFTOVER HALLOWEEN CANDY! Either you don’t want you child to really eat that giant bucket of candy or they already picked out what they wanted and left the rest. Either way – leftovers. Tons. Of. Leftover. ONE. SNICKERS HOT FUDGE
Snickers Hot Fudge – This one is so easy! All you have to do is melt some snickers bars in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and stir. Then heat for another 30-40 seconds. Then, just toss in 1/4 cup of peanuts and drizzle it over your ice cream. YUM! (Photo & Recipe Credit: Brooke McClay)
TWO. CANDY BAR AND BACON ROLLS
Candy Bar and Bacon Rolls – This one takes a good 30-40 minutes but its sure tasty! You use store-bought can of crescent rolls and put a mixture of chopped candy bars and crispy cooked bacon pieces inside of each flat of dough, roll them up and bake! THREE. RED HOT POPCORN
Red Hot Popcorn – Here is another super easy and quick use for the leftover Halloween candy! Just melt down those Red Hots and drizzle them over popcorn and liven up that popcorn for a scary movie! Starburst Infused Vodka – Who says the kids get all the leftovers? Steal those Starburst candies like it’s your JOB! Use 3 Starburst for each ounce of vodka in a bottle, shake, let it sit overnight and then strain out the foam. Chill and drink up! Taste so good you can drink it straight! Don’t be fooled by their healthy declarations. They are totally gonna eat that candy, too! And hey, not everyone has kids that trick-o-treat. Those co-workers will really appreciate your festive gesture!
